This log started so I can reach out of Spotify or Apple Music and just focus on my favorite songs on repeat. And remember the tracks I've discovered, the artists I've fallen in love with, and the moods and memories associated with each song.
This music logger then expanded to track various details about each song including the artist, album, genre, release year, personal rating, play frequency, and mood. I can also view statistics about my listening habits over time. Then, building this web app just got more and more fun to add stuff too.
